The Company Holds Life of Mine (LoM) Contracts with Major Customers. With the LoM contracts with the Company’s major customer, the Company and its subsidiaries have a sustainable source of income. In this manner, the Company and its subsidiaries can focus more on effective and efficient business management as well as seek other business opportunities in a more quality-driven manner.

The Company Operates a Relatively Young Fleet of Barges and Tugboats. With routine and scheduled maintenance, the average serviceable lifespan of barges remains seaworthy for approximately 30 - 40 years. The vessels owned by the Company are an average of 4 - 5 years old, categorizing it as relatively young. A younger vessel have lower fuel consumption rate, cheaper maintenance costs, readily available spare parts, and better guarantee crew safety.

The Company Owns a Large and Growing Fleet of Barges and Tugboats. As of the end of 2025, the Company owns 57 units of 180 feet barges and 57 units of tugboats. The Company also carries out time charters for 6 sets of 300 feet barges with its tugboats to meet major customer demand and sufficient to support the volume of coal transportation from customers. In line with increasing production and sales targets from the Company’s customers, the Company continues to increase its fleet with the purpose of increasing transportation capacity.

Strategic ISP Location for Coal Transportation. The ISP owned by the subsidiaries is located on the bank of the Mahakam River, in Embalut Village. This location is situated on a main river channel with sufficient width and depth to accommodation larger vessels. In addition, the location is relatively close to where the Company’s tugboats mostly anchorage, namely at Muara Berau (the anchorage point in high sea) where coal cargo is transferred from 300 feet barges to the mother vessel that will transport the coal to its final destination for transport shall be the foreign countries (exports). With this close proximity, the Company is able to be more fuel efficient in operating the Company’s tugboats, where this in turn will impact the efficiency of the Company’s overall operational costs.

Guarantee of Continuous Fuel Supply and an Integrated Logistics System. Fuel is a key component in operating the Company’s fleet and, other than that, the price volatility is in accordance with what is determined by the government. In order to minimize the effects of price volatility, the Company has a long-term contract with the fuel provider. With this agreement, the Company ensures a sustainable fuel supply with competitive prices.

The Company and Its Subsidiaries Have a Management Team Experienced in the Sea Transportation Industry. The management team of the Company and its subsidiaries has experience in the shipping and coal industries. The capabilities and knowledge of a competent management team, supported by the Company and its subsidiaries solid operational and business management, plays an intricate part in achieving the target and superior sea transportation practices. In addition to this, the Company and its subsidiaries also have an educated operational team with experience in the shipping and coal industries, and function as competent Human Resources in their fields. The operational team also consistently maintains the validity of required certification as stipulated by the Directorate General of Sea Transportation, among others ISM Code and the ISPS Code.
