Jakarta – PT Ancara Logistics Indonesia Tbk (ALII), which is part of the Bakrie Group, reported a profit of Rp 377 billion throughout 2023, and a profit for the year of Rp 121 billion in the first quarter of 2024.
“While revenue in 2023 amounted to Rp 931 billion, and in the first quarter of 2024 it amounted to Rp 251 billion,” said ALII President Director, Faisal Mohamad Nur, in a public expose at Bakrie Tower, Kuningan, South Jakarta, Monday, June 24, 2024.
He added, for capital expenditure (capex) in 2023 was IDR 377 billion, compared to IDR 49 billion in 2022. Meanwhile, capex in the first quarter of 2024 was recorded at Rp 26 billion.
Then, total equity in 2023 was reported at Rp 635 billion, which then jumped 145 percent to Rp 1.55 trillion in the first quarter of 2024. “That’s because we had an IPO so that total equity was Rp 1.55 trillion as of March 31, 2024,” he said.
Regarding dividend distribution, Faisal explained that based on the company’s prospectus as of February 7, 2024, the new dividend distribution policy will be carried out in fiscal year 2024. This will be done after the company takes into account the mandatory reserves, as summarized in the Limited Liability Company Law (UU PT).
“Further considerations are related to the company’s expansion needs, or the company’s business operations related to capex and opex (operational expenditure),” said Faisal.
In the prospectus, continued Faisal, the company has also stated that after maintaining these three things, Ancara Logistics will pay dividends of up to 80 percent of net profit.
